The shop assistant chatbot:
Entering a store it can be difficult sometimes to find a sales person right away who you can ask for information.
For example where to find a specific product or if this product is even available.
That’s why I wanted to create a chatbot, that can answer simple questions like these to a customer in a store.
The customer can simply open Facebook Messenger on his smartphone and immediately gets answers from the bot without searching for an employee.
I created this chatbot as part of my bachelor thesis.

… you can simply ask the bot a question using natural language.
In the example on the left the customer asks “Where can I find shampoo?” and the bot shows him the right location in the store.
